Online Therapy for Adults Navigating Life’s Hardest Turns in Boston, MA

You’ve been doing your best for a long time. But something feels off: you’re stuck in the same patterns, disconnected from yourself, or carrying more than you should have to carry alone. It doesn’t have to stay this way.

You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support. Sometimes, it’s just a quiet knowing that something needs to change.

You might be here because…
  • You’re facing a major life change and don’t quite recognize yourself anymore
  • Your mind is loud, your body is tense, and you’re exhausted from just keeping up
  • You want to set better boundaries but don’t know where to start
  • Old patterns from childhood keep showing up in your relationships today
  • You feel numb, disconnected, or like the things that used to matter just don’t anymore
  • You’re grieving a person, a relationship, or a version of yourself you thought you’d be by now
  • Your nervous system feels constantly on edge, even when nothing is technically “wrong”
  • You want to be more present with the people you love, but you can’t get out of your own head

Life doesn’t have to feel this hard.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about understanding yourself well enough to stop getting in your own way. When you slow down enough to look at the patterns that are keeping you stuck, something shifts. You stop white-knuckling and start actually living.

Imagine what it could feel like to…

  • Move through hard emotions without being swallowed by them
  • Trust yourself to handle uncertainty instead of trying to control it
  • Feel safe and grounded in your own body
  • Show up more fully for the relationships that matter to you
  • Make choices that actually align with who you want to be
  • Find genuine ease in your day-to-day life

How I Can Help

Trauma

Old experiences have a way of quietly running the show. Together, we’ll work to understand the patterns your past created, and gently begin to loosen their grip.

Anxiety

When worry becomes your baseline, it’s hard to imagine anything else. Therapy can help you step out of the spiral and find a more grounded, balanced way of moving through the world.

Depression

When everything feels heavy or flat, even getting through the day can feel like a mountain. You don’t have to push through alone. You don’t have to feel this way forever.

Meredith Rogerson

Hi, I’m Meredith.

I became a therapist because I’ve lived through my own hard chapters: big losses, life upheavals, and years of coping strategies that quietly made things worse. I know what it’s like to be going through the motions while feeling completely disconnected from yourself.

My approach is grounded in mindfulness and radical acceptance: practical tools rooted in science that help your nervous system settle and your mind get a little clearer. Sessions with me are warm, honest, and sometimes a little funny. I take the work seriously; I just don’t think you have to suffer through it.

I serve adults of all genders throughout Massachusetts via telehealth.
